SHIPPING
We offer delivery FREE to anywhere in the UK on orders over £25 and £3.95 for orders less than £25.  Our free delivery is sent via Royal Mail 1-2 day TRACKED service. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being made.
Once your order has shipped [within 3 working days of order being made], you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. The email will contain your tracking number, and a link to the royal mail page through which you can track your order. 
We do not currently ship items to countries outside the U.K, however we are actively working on making this happen soon! Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we start shipping worldwide.
RETURNS
 
We offer refunds for products that are returned to us in the same condition as they were sold, for reasons of hygiene and safety, except of course where goods are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods.
 
▪ To return items, get in touch with us within 30 days for a Returns Number via e-mail hello@mylyla.com including your order number and the reason for return. 
▪We advise that returns are posted via recorded delivery with both tracking and insurance, and that proof of postage is kept in case we do not receive your return.
Please ensure the goods are packaged and sealed securely. If items arrive back to us damaged due to poor packaging, We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
▪ Ensure you enclose your order invoice in the package.
▪ We automatically issue the refunds to the debit or credit card number used to make the original purchase please allow 5 – 10 working days.
▪ Postage or courier charges are non- refundable except in the case where we have delivered incorrect items.
