We consult different minority communities in reviewing our products, our website and our social media & ads on a regular basis in order to continually receive feedback and improve. We also seek to support businesses that are minority owned or individuals who are trying to create impact, via our social media channels. 
FEEDBACK 
We are openly a brand in progress and welcome feedback from the people we serve. We don't always get it right but we value always learning and growing. We encourage you to email us with any thoughts or feedback. 
Our priority is to have open lines of communication with all communities in order to continually receive feedback on how we can do better. 
OUR CAMPAIGNS & ADS
We work with models from diverse backgrounds. We try our best to steer away from both overt and subtle gender stereotyping in our ad campaigns and copy. We refuse to retouch any of our photos or videos. 
PRODUCTS 
Scents
We believe that labelling scents are either "for women" or "for men" is unnecessary. We think people should wear whatever scent they damn well please. 
However, following feedback in our business development process from some of the communities [non binary and gender fluid] that we hope to serve, we learned that opting for more gender neutral scents would make them feel more comfortable with using the products. 
Therefore, we provide products with scents that are out of the traditional boundaries of "feminine" or "masculine" scents and are considered more gender neutral.
We hope that by opting for scents that are not traditionally associated with either gender identity, all communities will feel comfortable to enjoy our products without worrying that it is not in line with their chosen gender expression. 
Hair products
Our dry hair and body oil is suitable for all hair types [type 1 - 4]. We are actively working on a shampoo and conditioner that is suitable for our fabulous type 4 hair customers. 
Vegan
All products are vegan [containing zero animal products]. This therefore makes the product suitable for use by vegans as well as religious communities where the use of animal products in skin care is prohibited.
